Neevia docuPrinter Pro is a printer driver that allows you to create PDF as well as Image files from any windows application.
To create a PDF or Image file with docuPrinter Pro you have to print to it from your application. You can also convert PostScript / EPS files through the drag-and-drop functionality - simply click on the docuPrinter Pro icon on your desktop and drop the PostScript / EPS file into the docuPrinter Pro window.
Any file that can be printed in MS Windows can also be printed to PDF or Image using docuPrinter Pro which is also capable of converting PostScript and Encapsulated PostScript files through its Drag-and-Drop module.
Below are listed the main docuPrinter Pro features:
Unlike docuPrinter LT the Pro version can create PDF files with security features and allows you to print not only to PDF but also to different image formats.
Open your file into any TIFF viewer that has a print option available click File › Print › select docuPrinter and when the docuPrinter Save As window comes up select TIFF as output format, click Configure Output, uncheck the Multipage option, go back to the Save As window and click Save
docuPrinter Pro can create PDF files that will preserve the hyperlinks and bookmarks from Microsoft Word and PowerPoint - just select the "File › Create PDF" menu item in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.
Let's say you have 2 files sample1.tif and sample2.tif. Open sample2 in any TIFF viewer that has a print option available click File › Print › select docuPrinter › OK and when the docuPrinter Save As window comes up select TIFF as output format, click Configure Output, make sure Multipage is checked click OK then as destination file select sample1.tif. When the "File exists" dialog is displayed simply check Append to existing file.
PDF linearization is a way to optimize PDF files for more efficient viewing over the web. Pages are loaded faster and the user does not have to wait until the entire PDF file is uploaded by the browser.

Here are the things you should consider:
docuPrinter Pro allows you to set the "quality" of the output JPG/JPEG files. For that:
Here are several things you can try (note that, by default, docuPrinter Pro is configured to create high-quality PDF files optimized for printing):
a. In the docuPrinter Pro "Save As" window, select PDF as output format and click the "Configure" button › select Screen as Optimize For setting.
b. In Windows go Start › Settings › Printers › select docuPrinter › right mouse click › Properties › Printing Preferences › Advanced › select Outline as TrueType font download option.
MacOS X Preview doesn't support PDF files with custom true type font encoding - Acrobat Reader for MacOS X displays this type of PDF documents without any problem. A simple workaround is to force docuPrinter Pro to produce PDF files with type1 (PostScript) fonts inside which are fully supported by MacOS X Preview - in Windows go Start › Settings › Printers › select docuPrinter › right mouse click › Properties › Printing Preferences › Advanced › select Outline as TrueType font download option.
In Word click File › Print select docuPrinter as your printer and click OK. When the "Save As" window comes up click the Configure button › Edit PDF Settings and change Auto-Rotate Pages from "None" to "PageByPage".
